"you’ll typically see better results from a mix of strength, Pilates and a micro-dose of cardio"

As a pilates instructor I fully echo this! Thank you for warmly articulating the importance of strength training and debunking the myth of bulking. Best thing I've read this week.

Thank you for your amazing answers xxx

Great read, strength and Pilates, the best combination!

Agreed - it’s my go-to, plus a bit of spin for cardio and yoga for recovery and flexibility. Chef’s kiss!

Yes love a good yoga class, never really tried spin though, more of a HITT circuit of person.

Hi Fedora, loved this one. Kirsty’s take on strength training for women and realistic consistency is so refreshing and grounded, especially the reminder that quality beats duration. Such a motivating, no-BS interview.

Such a good read!!! I just listened to an episode of Mel Robbin’s with Dr. Stacy Sims and she said a lot of the same things so it was great to get more confirmation. No fasted workouts, no bulking, protein coffee WOW!

Loved this advice! would love any recs for weight sets and exercise bands for home workouts, too

Thanks Teresa. I personally love Bala and Casall for at-home workouts, and then for heavier weights I go to the gym.
